‘Nothing Can Bring Me Down’ - Pastor Tobi Adegboyega Says [VIDEO]

Nigerian pastor Tobi Adegboyega has assured his followers that "nothing will bring me down," despite facing deportation from the United Kingdom.

The British government announced plans to deport Adegboyega after he lost his immigration battle at a UK tribunal. Known for his leadership of SPAC Nation, Adegboyega has been embroiled in controversy following the shutdown of his church by UK authorities over financial irregularities.

The investigation into SPAC Nation revealed a failure to account for over £1.87 million in outgoings, leading to actions by the Charity Commission and the High Court citing misconduct and mismanagement.

Adegboyega, who arrived in the UK on a visitor’s visa in 2005, has lived unlawfully in the country since then. His application for leave to remain under the European Convention on Human Rights was dismissed, along with subsequent appeals. Despite these challenges, Adegboyega remains defiant.

In his video, he stated, "I’m right here at home; no cause for alarm; naturally, I will dismiss things that have to do with retrogression."

He emphasized his resilience, saying, "Every Nigerian should be proud of me here in the UK, a city that is known for pulling people down; I have survived all sorts."

Adegboyega also addressed allegations of fraud, asserting, "What you want to hear is not what you heard today; what you want to hear is in that they have already arrested him for fraud but not one criminal case, not one money case; you should all be proud of me and the Nation family."
