A Nigerian dancer Lil Smart has officially filed a petition against Marlian Records boss, Naira Marley, and popular singer Zinoleesky, accusing them of threatening his life.
This development follows a series of public allegations made by Lil Smart on social media.
On December 9, Lil Smart took to his social media platforms to alert the public about the alleged threats to his safety.
He shared videos and photos purportedly showing Zinoleesky and others in pursuit of him. "If anything happens to me, hold Naira Marley and Zinoleesky responsible," he warned in a post that quickly went viral.
In response to these serious accusations, Zinoleesky dismissed the claims, suggesting that Lil Smart was merely "chasing clout."
Despite this denial, Lil Smart has moved forward with legal proceedings, submitting what he describes as substantial evidence to the authorities.
"This is not the first or third time I have been experiencing this bullying," Lil Smart stated. "But I didn’t have enough evidence to face the law. Now, I thank God that I have very good evidence, and I will put everything I have in line to make sure this bullying and threat to life is stopped."
He expressed hope that justice would prevail, emphasizing, "With my evidence, I really hope that they are not too big to be apprehended. By God’s grace, the law that binds us as citizens of Nigeria will make sure I get the justice I deserve."
