He’s Our Future, Type of Player We Need – Amorim Praises Man Utd Star

Newly appointed head coach of Manchester United, Ruben Amorim has expressed high praise for Noussair Mazraoui, describing him as "an incredible player" and "the future" of the club.

This commendation came after Mazraoui's impressive performance in United's 3-2 victory over Norwegian side Bodo/Glimt on November 28, 2024. The match marked Amorim's first win at Old Trafford since taking over the managerial role.

Mazraoui, who joined Manchester United from Bayern Munich on a four-year deal in August, showcased his versatility by playing in various positions, including right wing-back, where he registered an assist and completed 95% of his passes.

Amorim emphasized the importance of such a player, stating, "He played in different positions, he looks always fresh but we have to be careful. There’s a lot of games but he’s here to stay. This kind of player is what we need."
