Diddy Facing Allegations of Sexual Assault on 10-year-old Aspiring Rapper in 2005

Embattled music mogul, Sean "Diddy" Combs in a recent lawsuit filed in the New York Supreme Court has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy in 2005.

The civil complaint was brought forward by an anonymous plaintiff, referred to as John Doe, who is represented by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee. According to the lawsuit, the alleged victim, an aspiring actor and rapper from California, met Combs during what was supposed to be an audition at a New York hotel.

The lawsuit claims that during this meeting, Combs spiked the boy's soda with drugs, including GHB and/or ecstasy, substances often associated with incapacitation.

After consuming the drink, the boy reportedly felt "a little funny," and subsequently lost consciousness. Upon regaining awareness, he was threatened by Combs, who allegedly warned him not to disclose the incident, stating that he would harm the boy's parents if he did.

This accusation is part of a broader wave of allegations against Combs, who is currently incarcerated in a New York City jail on federal sex trafficking charges. These charges include coercion and abuse of women, as well as silencing victims through blackmail and violence.

Combs, who has pleaded not guilty, maintains his innocence, with his legal team asserting confidence in the judicial process and denying all allegations of sexual misconduct.
