American hip-hop sensation Cardi B has once again found herself at the center of controversy after sharing explicit text messages from her estranged husband, Offset.
The Bronx rapper took to social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) to reveal intimate exchanges that have sparked widespread speculation about their tumultuous relationship.
The leaked messages depict Offset pleading with Cardi B for a reunion, despite their ongoing divorce proceedings. In one of the texts, Offset implores Cardi to "come over," only to be met with a firm rejection. Cardi's response was unequivocal: “I told you. You’re never getting this pussy again. And I mean that.” Unfazed by her rebuff, Offset persisted, writing, “I want to fuck. Why u being like dat to me. U feel like u gone be on me if u do? I want you. I miss your pussy, I miss your face you make when we fuck.”
Cardi dismissed his advances, responding, “I don’t feel like I’mma be on you. Y’all nikkas just don’t deserve.”
This public airing of private matters comes just weeks after Cardi B filed for divorce from the Migos rapper in August 2024.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2017, share three children: daughter Kulture, 6, son Wave, 3, and a baby girl born in September 2024.
Despite the heated exchanges, Cardi B has maintained that they are navigating their separation peacefully.
Speaking on X Spaces, she revealed that they had been on good terms for a week and admitted they are both seeing other people. “You heard I’m with a n-gga, you don’t bother me. I hear you’re with a bitch, I don’t bother you,” she said.
However, Cardi made it clear she has no intentions of rekindling their romance. “I don’t want to entertain that ‘we’re in the same crib, come upstairs, let’s sleep together’ cycle,” she told fans in October. “If [Offset is home], I’m not here. If I’m here, he’s not. Everything is dead.”
