BBnaija Season 9: Ndinne Becomes Head of House

The Ndinne pair, comprising aunt and niece duo Chinne and Nneamaka, on Monday emerged as the new Heads of House (HoH) for the second week of Big Brother Naija Season 9, themed "No Loose Guard."

This victory marks their second important win in the competition, following their triumph in the first week's Custodian challenge.

The announcement was made via a post on X.com by BBNaija, stating, "Congratulations to Ndi Nne. The #BBNaija No Loose Guard housemates elected them as HOHs to lead the house this week, and we can’t wait to see how it goes."

Unlike previous seasons where the HoH title was determined through competitive games, this year's selection process involved a ballot system.

On Monday morning, the 13 housemates cast their votes, resulting in the Ndinne duo securing the position with three votes from the Radicals, Double Kay, and Mbadiwe Twins.

As part of their HoH reign, Ndinne selected Kellyrae and Kassia from the Double Kay duo to share the HoH condo with them.

However, it is important to note that this year’s HoH role does not include immunity from eviction or the power to save fellow housemates, a departure from the privileges granted in previous seasons.

Their leadership comes at a crucial time as the housemates continue to navigate the complexities of the game, vying for the ultimate prize of N100 million. The reality show, which is expected to run for a total of 10 weeks, has already seen its fair share of drama and strategic gameplay.

In addition to their recent HoH win, the Ndinne pair also played a pivotal role in saving The Radicals from possible eviction during their tenure as Custodians in the first week. Their strategic decisions and alliances have positioned them as formidable contenders in the ongoing season.
