Big Brother Naija Season 9 housemate Rhuthee has disclosed her true intentions towards fellow contestant Mayor Frosh.

During a conversation with DJ Flo, Rhuthee, aged 32, admitted that she is merely "using" Mayor, who is 24 years old, and has no intention of dating him due to their seven-year age difference. She stated, “I’m just using Mayor and I can’t date him since I’m 7 years older than him.”

Mayor has shown a clear interest in Rhuthee since the beginning of the show, but Rhuthee emphasized their incompatibility, citing the huge age gap as a primary reason.

DJ Flo responded with concern, saying, “Don’t do that!” to which Rhuthee replied, “What do you mean don’t do that? But you know I can’t date Mayor, right?” DJ Flo further pointed out, “But you are giving the boy poor hope.”

Additionally, Rhuthee mentioned that another housemate, Onyeka, who is 28 years old, often spies on her interactions with Mayor. Rhuthee expressed that Onyeka could have Mayor, reiterating her lack of interest in a romantic relationship with him.
